New custom-made segments for processing of natural stone for Ukraine quarries |

Ukraine is one of the world's leading exporters of decorative stone. Each year, hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of blocks, slabs and tiles made of granite, gabbro and labradorit are exported to Europe, North America and Asia.
More than 200 deposits of granite, gabbro and labradorit are currently being mined in Ukraine. There are more than 150 stone mining and over 2000 processing firms in Ukraine

Ukraine's massif of crystalline (primarily granite) stone is the world's second largest of such stone found close to the surface. The largest part of explored deposits is located in Zhytomyr region where granite has been mined since the 19th century.
As a part of the marketing activity plan Toolgal's R&D team tested samples of most popular segments on the Ukraine market and granite samples from local quarries.
Based on results of spectral analysis in Toolgal sophisticated laboratory, and with unique production strategy, offering three sintering methods, each with its own palette of bonds, Toolgal Degania started production of the new product line - custom-made segments for the processing of natural stone from main Ukraine quarries in Zhytomyr region.
Toolgal R&D specialist visited several factories in Zhytomyr area and took part in tests on Granite LTD plant.
First batches of segments were tested and gave an excellent performance in processing of Gabbro, Pokost, Kapustynske, Maslavsk, Mezhyritsk.
Toolgal produce custom-made segments adapted to each granite type and universal segments as well.

New Generation Calibration Rollers for Engineering Stone in the two Caesar Stone Production Plants.
Toolgal is proud to cooperate with Caesar Stone in developing and supplying the engineering stone production lines. The high-quality slabs are processed in custom-built facilities which were the first to employ quartz particles as a significant component.
