HiQ New Fluting Wheel Series Launched

Toolgal is proud to announce the launching of its new Series - the HiQ Fluting Wheel - the next generation of Super abrasive wheel for cutting tools.
The HiQ is the culmination of a 2 years R&D process in which over 2 million USD have been invested! Bench marked and tested with other leading world manufacturers, Toolgal has developed a highly advanced grinding wheel featuring the following features:

Perfect surface quality
Low work load without thermal damage
High stock removal (high MRR)
Self dressing bond ensure a free-cutting wheel
Good form (profile) stability
High dressing interval
repeatability - maintaining long terms quality performance in different production series

The product has been launched with success in Europe and has been supported by an aggressive Internet campaign as well.

Toolgal at Stone-Tec, Germany May 20-23, 2009

Over 800 exhibitors took part in one of Europe's leading shows for the Stone industry - Stone Tec 2009 - in Nuremberg last month.
For the first time, Toolgal has displayed its varied line of solutions in collaboration with its local distributor - Moritz Diamantwerzeugherstellung OHG.
Moritz are one of the leading European companies in the business of diamond tools for the stone and construction industries.
Gregor Mortiz has commented " I expect the chain saw and its aggregates to attract lots of attention in the German market.

Toolgal in Ground Zero Construction Site, N.Y.

Toolgal tools are being used on a daily basis at the on-going construction at Ground Zero. Toolgal tools have been preferred by the constructors due to their reliability & strong performance.

Nic Laurens to head Toolgal UK

Nic Laurens has joined Toolgal as its European Regional Manager. A native of the UK, Nic has over 15 years experience in the Diamond Tool and Abrasive product market.
"For me Diamond Chain is exciting, and to join the company (Toolgal) who invented it, and be part of the future plans, is a great opportunity" Said Nic whilst on a recent visit to the Degania factory.
Nic formerly Sales director for ICS in Western Europe, and previously UK Sales Manager for Tyrolit brings a wealth of experience to Toolgal. Nic has over 15 years experience in the Diamond Tool and Abrasive product market.
"The opportunity with Toolgal is immense" continues Nic "Toolgal's aim is to offer a wider range of products for additional applications across the UK. Toolgal is unique in its production strategy, offering three sintering methods, each with its own palette of bonds. This enables precision customization for any application, while Toolgal's all-under-one-roof strategy bestows the added benefit of rapid response".
Nic has added that "despite the current climate we are ambitious in our plans, and certainly have the products to suit all applications" We welcome Nic to the Toolgal Family.
