Wall saws + Segments + ring saw

Terminology may vary between markets but this product performs wide joint cuts of 6mm and more. Saws can be made in any diameter but standards are as follows:

  Segment Types:

  Main Application
1CA Fast cutting all machines
2CA High output 600mm from 15kw
2C0A Flint or dense concrete/less than 15 kw/ thin HF blades
3C3 25kw- 30 kw 5.0 thick for step cutting

Segments are for the most part 40mm x 4.6mm x 10mm with an S ( split) configuration to allow better flushing out of coolant and faster cutting. Step cutting segments can be supplied at different thicknesses. Specially thin saws can be supplied at diameters from 500mm to 750mm for HF electric machines.

Many diamond blades require extra holes to be bored in the steel core in addition to the central bore ( Ø A).
The following diagram shows the two possibilities for extra holes (for certain wall saw types both possibilities may be present on the same steel core):

1. Pin Holes. Simply bored through the steel. Note the diameter of the holes (Ø D) and the diameter of the imaginary circle (Ø B) on which the centre of the pin holes sit as measured from the centre of the blade (which is also a point in space in the centre of the main bore).

2. Countersunk holes. Common in wall saws and horizontal stone blades. Note the diameter of the hole (Ø E), the diameter of the countersunk rim of the hole (Ø F) and the imaginary circle on which the centre of these holes (Ø C).
